Pleasant atmosphere, good food. You pay for it, but nice flavor and friendly staff, too. A solid choice if you're looking to spend a little more 💵 for a nice experience.

This spot always delivers. They have excellent dishes for fair prices, there no long wait even when the place is loaded.

Excellent evening! Our server paced our meal perfectly. We both ordered streaks MR and they were cooked to perfection. It was my friend's birthday and they brought us dessert which was delicious.

I am from out of town, but frequent the area because of work. I stop here multiple times while in town for a week for both lunch and breakfast. The food is consistently very good and the staff is very nice and on top of things. I never had to wait long for service even when it is crowded (which is most of the time). My favorite is the grilled salmon...always cooked perfectly. The only thing that would be nice is a special now and again. Or maybe some additions to the appetizer menu.

Celebrating my Mom's 83rd birthday! Firebirds was our favorite place to have lunch after buying a book from Barnes & Noble. Thank you Matt for making my celebration of my Mom so special. Rockin the bartender thing too Matt! Way to go.

Terrific service and terrific food; everything was extremely tasty. We went in early dinner hours, so were not rushed and service was quite attentive. And atmosphere was perfect for the food type and selection. Just wish we lived closer to visit more often.

Went for Happy Hour. Loved the Fired Up Shrimp on the Bar Bites menu. It's very shareable too. Try the Slow Burn Margarita, it'll warm ya right up!

Celebrated the husbands birthday with the MIL at Firebirds. Nice ambiance and very attentive staff. The bread was amazing. I ordered the Wood Grilled Salmon with mixed vegetables and parmesan mashed potatoes. So good. The husband got the Pineapple Chicken with the same sides. The MIL got the Scallops special. Both thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. I skipped dessert. The husband got the Key Lime pie and the MIL got the cheesecake. Definitely would go back.

I had the Prime Rib, it was excellent. Husband had the Impossible Burger. He liked it. Enjoyed eating there.

Words can't give the full impact... A steak dinner, under $30 (aged rib-eye) cooked over a wood stove .. and service and ambiance that is over the top... All the food has a twist that makes it great.. and did I mention the bar.,. I eat there, at least, 2 or three times a month.

After several researchers, we chose Firebirds to celebrate Christmas Eve. We enjoyed every moment, all dishes and the pleasant atmosphere here. We need to strongly compliment their prompt service especially our waitress “Jordann” who served up with proactive & kind attitudes. She made the dinner so special.😘

Food was good; filet & lobster prepared to order with nice flavor. Appetizer and bread were equally delicious. Appreciate the option to make a reservation on-line. Service was sub-par. Had to ask several times for drink refills. Server wouldn't check in regularly and we has to ask other servers for assistance. Ladies bathroom stall walls need a good scrubbing.

We ordered the filet wrapped in bacon and was done to perfection. Atmosphere is nice. Service was good.

Firebirds is a really great place to eat. It's high quality ingredients made this a dish to remember. I had the Smokehouse Burger, and honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had, (trust me, I've had a lot)! The staff is extremely friendly and very professional (they even cleaned the crumbs if the table). I can't wait to go back here!

This is a great spot to grab a few quick drinks or to sit and eat. They have seasonal cocktails which are always fun to try. Everything on the menu is delicious. I’ve never eaten a bad meal here. It’s a bit more expensive than Chili’s or something but totally worth the added expense. 10/10 would recommend.

Our first impression of the restaurant was that it was the same old fashioned steakhouse, but it was better. The onion rings appetizer with homemade ranch dressing was amazing. There were enough for 5 people. The steaks were good. All of the side dishes we got were good. It is priced like most steakhouse restaurants

This place was fantastic. Food was wonderful and waiter was awesome. Just wish they had a Firebirds in California where I live. I would give it more stars if I could.

Love this place!! My very favorite place to dine, whether it be for lunch or dinner. Food is absolutely delicious. I've ordered many items from the menu and I can honestly say that I haven't had something that I haven't liked. And the staff....WOW!! They are truly amazing. Very professional, yet fun, knowledgeable on the menu items, wine, cocktails, etc., and attentive.

Tremendous interest in customer service by everyone. Effort to keep everyone safe during the epidemic is very high and deeply appreciated!

First time here today. Took arounf 45 minutes to get food. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes. Also ordered the strawberry and shrimp salad. I am picky when it comes to food having Traveled around the world and eaten at many restaurants. Food quality here is average. It is neither horrible or great. The atmosphere inside is quite nice but food is not something one would crave and drive back for.

Fantastic salmon. Get it with the chili rub! Wonderful bread. Big menu that pleases all. I recommend this for work lunches.

I really enjoy Firebirds. Their Bavarian pretzel was so big and yummy. I like eating in the bar area in order to get those happy hour specials like the $5 signature martini and the sliders. I was slightly disappointed that we couldn’t find our waitstaff to order more last visit, but we went on to another place.

I usually go for a rib-eye, but for some reason I had a taste for a good pork chop. I expected it to be good, but instead, I just had the best pork chop ever!!! It was perfect

Fantastic service and great wood fired cuisine. Steak was cooked perfectly, vegetables super fresh, and a nice touch on the spinach salad with the boiled egg.

Abdul is the best waiter! The food is great and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Made reservations day before but when we arrived was told a 45 min wait? Sat at the bar and the drinks were amazing! Ended up finding a table near the bar and our waitress was the best as a #10 rating. It was her last day so we tipped her very well. The food was absolutely delicious and we both agreed if we come again, we're going to sit at the bar. Great Job!

Great service with amazing food!

Fisrt time there and it was worth the dinner rush wait. We placed a reservation online 2 hours before even going and once there we were told an hour wait. We choose to eat at bar for faster service. And it was. The young waitress was helpful, knowledgeable on all food and drinks. She shared with that it was her last shift there and she still was smiling, positive and i never had to ask for a refill. She was on it! Will be back, the food also speaks for itself. Great flavors!

Amazing restaurant that never disappoints. A go to place with customers and they always like it. A go to place with my wife and our friends for relaxing dinners and it never disappoints. Make sure you go to this Chandler location. The Gilbert location is not good. Only go to Chandler.

Very good restaurant. The service was awesome. The food very tasteful. I went twice. The first time I ordered a BBQ burger. The second time BBQ chicken salad.I really appreciated.

Was here for holiday group dinner from work. All I can say is wow! From the service to the food, it was just exceptional. Nobody's drinks and I mean nobody's drink was ever empty. Refills were brought on a regular basis without any requests from us. Food was plentiful and most important flavorful. Entrees portions were just amazing. Presentation was also just fabulous. Our 2 servers not only hit a home run but hit it out of the park. They are a little pricey but the whole experience was well worth it.

My new favorite steak restaurant when in Phoenix/Chandler. Amazing!!! Best steaks, best service!

Our meal was absolutely wonderful! The food was perfectly cooked and had delicious flavors. The wait staff was very friendly and stayed on top of everything.

Delicious steaks! We also had the deviled egg appetizers which were very good. The pineapple jalapeno tequila drink I had was to die for and same with the creme brulee cheesecake bites they gave us for our anniversary! This was our 2nd time here. We will be back for sure.

The food was delicious and our server Steve was friendly and knowledgeable about special dietary needs of our party. Beautiful atmosphere! I enjoyed the soup and salad combo.

Great food, absolutely nice service!

Came in for late lunch/early dinner and the prime rib had just been taken from oven and cooked perfectly. The stuffed baked potato was so good. They offered a salad to share but we declined. The waiter Abdul was so nice and attentive. Overall a great experience. Not too dressy, many came business casual or nice shorts, and collard shirt for late afternoon.

Love this place. My kids and I are regular customers. One son gets the filet and grilled shrimp every time, the other rotates different dishes and burgers/sandwiches. They have a great variety here. I personally love the bbq grilled chicken sandwich - the bbq sauce is very good and the bacon is never fatty. I've also been here with dates and family, everyone has enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very nice. Basically the same quality of a fancy steakhouse at half the price. I highly recommend making a reservation. It can get pretty crowded.

We don't usually go to steak restaurants since we have a great one close to where we live, but we did try Firebirds. The steak was very good - tasty and very tender. The price was a bit more than our favorite at home, but still less than what most steakhouses usually charge. It was a Sunday evening, so there were not many customers.

The bartender Tatiana is amazing along with all the employees! It's always a pleasure dining in at the bar. Must try their Double Diamond Martini
